Shriya Institute — Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use it and make payments only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@igniterapp.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.

On enrolment you get a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the course for your individual use. Copying, sharing, recording or reselling content is not permitted.

Your access lasts as long as the course remains live on Shriya Institute, unless we suspend it for a violation of these Terms.

Prices are displayed in INR and may be inclusive of taxes. Payments are handled securely through Razorpay — Shriya Institute never stores your card or banking information.

Every purchase is governed by our Refund Policy. We may revise prices occasionally, though this will not affect courses you have already bought.

Our separate Refund Policy on this site explains when you can claim a refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.

Courses that have already been largely consumed or downloaded may not qualify for a refund, unless the law requires otherwise.

You can discontinue use and remove your account at any time. Shriya Institute may suspend or terminate your access for a breach of these Terms, to comply with the law, or if the academy winds down its presence on the platform.

We provide the Service and its content “as is”, for educational use only. We strive for accuracy and uptime, but Shriya Institute cannot promise specific exam outcomes, continuous availability, or completely error-free material.

So far as the law allows, Shriya Institute is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Liabilities that Indian law does not permit to be excluded remain unaffected.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not pirate, copy, or redistribute content; attempt to bypass payment or access controls; upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing material; or interfere with the Service’s security or operation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

Everything on the Service — course videos, notes, tests, logos and other content — belongs to Shriya Institute or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. Using the Service does not give you any ownership of that material.

Indian law governs these Terms, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Where a change is significant we will give in-app notice and update the “Last updated” date shown above, and your continued use signals acceptance of the new Terms.
